About the event
Athletes will be coached on technique and learn drills to develop faster game speeds and move better as a basketball player. What we will be doing: - Discover current Max Speed (MPH) with the use of laser timing gates - Hands on coach through drills focused on change of direction, acceleration and max velocity - Standing Vertical Jump Testing using the Just Jump Mat - USR Profile and Speed Rating for comparison
