Our state-of-the-art 10,000 square-foot facility is designed with the athlete in mind to optimize the basketball training experience. With netted shooting courts, separated skills stations, and a waiting lounge, our facility offers the perfect environment for athletes to hone their skills and reach their full potential.

Swish Works will showcase an open floor plan with shooting stations, skills stations, and a lounge area. Immediately upon arrival, the facility has a reception desk to greet and engage our athletes and sign up new athletes. Additionally, they can purchase sports drinks, energy snacks and their favorite Swish Works gear.

Meet our Trainers

Cassi Whitworth

Cassi is a former college basketball player with over 7 years coaching experience. After graduating college she moved back home to Lewisburg, TN. Cassi started coaching travel basketball in 2016 and has been coaching all age levels ever since. She is currently the director of Pro Skills Basketball in Nashville, TN. and Chief Operating Officer of Swish Works.

Trey Buford

Trey is originally from northwest Ohio and has always had a love for basketball. He has a few years of experience at the Division II level where he played college ball. He is very excited about the opportunity to help your children grow as players and people! Coach Trey is also a high school travel coach for Pro Skills Basketball!

Rexall Parmer

Rexall is a Nashville native but attended Station Camp High School and Beech Senior High School. During that time, he played multiple sports to include basketball, his main sport. Rex is also a former college basketball player. He understands the pressure that today's athletes face when trying to get better. It can be emotionally and physically draining, but Rex believes that through hard work and positivity, anything is possible.
